Concrete Testing: The condition of the concrete prior to flooring installation is very important to its life and appearance.

At NCF Floors, we test the concrete’s moisture vapor emission and pH levels to ensure they are within the tolerable range as stated by the manufacturer. In addition, we test the surface’s slope and levelness.

Wood Testing: To ensure the quality of the wood, we run a series of tests performed by HPVA based on ANSI/HPVA standards. Below you will find specific test details as well as the conclusions they render.

BOND LINE– All adjacent surfaces of each ply will be uniformly and securely bonded. The flooring will conform to below bond test requirements.

MOISTURE CONTENT–We test the average moisture content of the flooring at the time of shipment from the manufacturer's plant.

FORMALDEHYDE EMISSION–To ensure that engineered wood flooring will meet formaldehyde concentration requirements under ANSI/HPVA HP-1 2004.
